Starting October 1: Some business services are now subject to retail sales tax, as required by state law, ESSB 5814. When you buy these services, vendors should add sales tax to your bill. County endorsements
If your business is physically located within the unincorporated areas of the counties listed below or traveling into or doing business within the unincorporated areas of the counties, you can apply for their endorsements at the same time you file for your city or state endorsements. If you will perform your work in any unincorporated areas of any county not listed below, contact them directly for more information.
