Bingen city endorsement

The city of Bingen requires a license for all businesses located within city limits, or conducting business within city limits. If you are not sure if you will do business within the city limits, contact the city directly before you apply.

If you will have more than one business located on a single property, you must complete a separate application for each business.

Businesses qualify for the nonprofit license if they are registered with the Office of the Secretary of State as a nonprofit corporation.

If your business is physically located outside city limits, but conducts business within city limits, your license fee is determined by gross annual income earned within this city’s limits and number of employees:

Landlords that own one or more business or residential rental units located within the city need to obtain a business license. The license is only required for the main business location, not for each rental unit. For example, landlords owning two residential rental homes, a commercial building leased to multiple businesses, or a business renting storage units would only be required to obtain one business license. For more information, see Bingen Municipal Code 5.04.020, or contact the city directly.​
