- Send us your question by e-mail. You can expect a response within five business
days.
- Under state law, the Department cannot provide any confidential tax information
about taxpayers. E-mail responses are intended to be general in nature and
are not binding on the Department or any individual or business.

Looking for confidential tax information?
Confidential tax information may only be disclosed with written permission
from the taxpayer or other statutory authority.
Requests for confidential records should be made using the Confidential
Tax Information Authorization Form or by writing a letter. You may mail, fax, or
e-mail your request to:
