You're invited! Digital Products stakeholder meetings scheduled for July 14 & 15

The Digital Products Bill (Engrossed Substitute House Bill 2075) changes the way digital products are taxed. Starting July 26, 2009, sales or use tax must be paid on digital products and software ranging from downloaded music and streaming video to online video games and online legal research services.

We want to hear from you about this change. The Department will be conducting stakeholder meetings July 14 and 15 at the following locations:
