Monthly Quarterly Annual	This form is customized for taxpayers who collect retail sales tax and report under certain B&O tax classifications.
Sales Tax Remittance (STR)
Effective January 1, 2008, the Sales Tax Remittance Return (STR) was discontinued. If you used this return you may E-file or use the Retailing & Other Activities Return.
